Taking the first step
Starting counselling can feel daunting for a number of reasons. If you would like to talk through things before committing, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. This is a chance for us to connect and explore what support might look like for you.
Thereafter, we will continue on a weekly or fortnightly basis either in person or online:
-
50 minute sessions for Individuals - £50
-
60 minute sessions for Couples - £80
